PREPARING FOR THE FMB WORLD TOUR 2012 | YANNICK GRANIERI AND SAM REYNOLDS IN INDONESIA

Even though its still February the fact is time flies and its never too early to start thinking about the bike season. Before you know it the FMB world tour will be under way and we will be watching the world best Freeride Mountain Bikers do battle on the worlds best courses. If you are not familiar with the FMB World Tour their mission statement pretty much sums it up perfectly:

The goal of the Freeride Mountain Bike (FMB) World Tour is to help develop the sport of Freeride Mountain Biking – which includes: big mountain, slopestyle and dirt jumping – providing athletes and event organizers with a tangible world ranking system and guidelines for course design, judging and safety. The FMB World Tour is run by the Freeride Mountain Bike Association (FMBA), a non-profit organisation following the goal to push the mountain bike freeride sport into a more professional direction and establish it in the world of sports through the raise of media and public attention.

Recently Red Bull dropped an edit of Yannick Granieri and Sam Reynolds honing their skills in Indonesia in preperation for the upcoming season and in particular the FMB World Tour. You can check the video out below and be warned it might make you want to go dust the bike off.
