BIGGEST TEAHUPOO EVER, SHOT ON THE PHANTOM CAMERA.

You ever watch footage from action sports films and its so intense and so real that you actually feel a bit scared? I got that feeling while watching snowboard movies “Deeper” and “The Art Of Flight” and this edit that dropped today of what is being called the biggest Teahupoo ever shot. When this footage was filmed the French Navy had actually issued a statement calling the conditions a double code red prohibiting and threatening to arrest anyone that entered the water.
Kelly Slater had the following to say about what he saw that day :
“Witnessing this was a draining feeling being terrified for other people’s lives all day long, it’s life or death. Letting go of that rope one time can change your life and not many people will ever experience that in their life.”
This once in a lifetime footage was shot by camera man Chris Bryan while on hand working for Billabong, he captured it all on the Phantom HD Gold. Hit full screen and check it out below, its absolutely mesmerizing.
