3 INCHES OF BLOOD RELEASE “LEATHER LORD” TRACK FROM THEIR UPCOMING NEW ALBUM

Vancouver-based 3 Inches of Blood are gearing up to release their fifth album next month, and have dropped a teaser track in anticipation.

The album will be released by Century Media on March 27th, and despite their horrible and cheesy album title, “Long Live Heavy Metal,” (sounds like a Steel Panther title) it is one that will certainly be worth checking out.

“Long Live Heavy Metal” track listing:
01. Metal Woman
02. My Sword Will Not Sleep
03. Leather Lord
04. Chief And The Blade
05. Dark Messenger
06. Look Out
07. 4000 Torches
08. Leave It On The Ice
09. Die For Gold (Upon The Boiling Sea IV)
10. Storming Juno
11. Men Of Fortune
12. One For The Ditch

And since we’re on the topic of the band 3 Inches of Blood, let’s revisit the Mammoth Mountain snowboard release, “Hot Laps.”
This was a promo video and while it’s a couple of years old, it features “Fierce Defender” from 3 Inches of Blood, matched perfectly with one of the toughest snowboarders on the planet, Pat Moore.

Hot Laps Full Movie from Mammoth Mountain:
Check in at 16:20 for the start of the soundtrack from Three Inches of Blood, as “Fierce Defender” fits in perfectly with hard charging snowboarding. The section is divided between Eddie Wall, Trevor Jacob and of course, Pat Moore. Wall flails about with a typically mediocre offering, but Jacob kills it and Moore is just a charger. Pipe, rails, urban, booters, real street, backcountry; he can ride it all. His section begins at around 17:30 and his style of riding fits perfectly with the soundtrack from Three Inches of Blood:
